Class Specifics

This workshop is recommended for all students from beginners to advanced. Bruce suggest that you bring on Friday a color picture of a sunset, can be with people, boats etc. This will be the first project. Bruce will be supplying a natural turpoid to use with the tube paints so the class will be close to odor free.

Supplies & Brushes

Needed supplies
2 - 8 1/2" x 11" Gessoed Masonite or hardboard
small set of tube oil paints
synthetic brushes 1/2" and 1" flat
Bright 12"
Filburt - Less than 1/2"
1 qt odreless turpentine
Fan Brush
Pallet, can be paper
Pallet Knife
raggs and smock
containers ( like yogurt containers)
NOTE: If you bring your own supplies Mr. Nelson recommends you get quality synthetic brushes, the rest you can cut cost.
